FinestPros focuses on commercial properties in Southern Maine, including offices, customer-facing spaces, and athletic and recreation facilities. Jim also considers select residential projects. Share your location and what you need so he can help you determine the right next step.
Can cleaning be tailored to our building and operating hours?
Yes. We discuss how your space is used, priority areas, access, and operating hours to shape the cleaning scope and schedule. Whether you need recurring care or specialized cleaning, the walkthrough helps identify the tasks and frequency that make sense for your facility.
Can we start with one repair instead of ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Tell Jim what needs attention, whether it is a single repair, a seasonal checklist, or recurring upkeep. He will discuss the scope and fit with you. Maintenance covers building care and repairs; it does not include leasing, rent collection, or tenant management.
Can we plan improvements while our business stays open?
Tell Jim which areas need to change and how your business uses the space. Access, occupied areas, scheduling, and any necessary downtime can be discussed before work begins so the project plan reflects your day-to-day operations.
Can Jim help coordinate a project with several trades?
Yes. Construction management can include scope planning, proposal comparison, scheduling, trade coordination, progress communication, and punch list reviews. Jim will discuss the oversight you need and agree on responsibilities for your project.
Who will I work with, and how will I know what is happening?
Jim Scali is your point of contact from the initial walkthrough through completion. He helps define the work, connects the people involved, and communicates as it progresses. Scope, scheduling, and expectations are discussed before work begins.
How do we get started, and what determines the price?
Send a short description of your property, the work you need, and your preferred timing. Share any budget priorities too. The walkthrough helps clarify the scope, schedule, access, and service frequency so you can discuss pricing with Jim before agreeing on the work.
Can I see relevant work or speak with a reference?
References and a portfolio are available upon request. Tell Jim which service you are considering so you can discuss examples relevant to your property. You can also browse the selected work and client feedback on this page.
